A trav\u00e9s del movimiento y la respiraci\u00f3n obtenemos conciencia plena sobre nosotros mismos, gestionando los distintos estados f\u00edsicos y psicol\u00f3gicos.\u00a0 \u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente hay dos grupos creados los mi\u00e9rcoles de 17:30 a 19:00 y los viernes de 16:00 a 17:30, nuestro objetivo es a\u00f1adir dos grupos mas por la ma\u00f1ana.
